Sunshine Petroleum has one mud flow loops, with associated testing equipment to simulate most downhole conditions encountered by float equipment. This mud flow loop (MFL) and high temperature cells allow Sunshine Petroleum to routinely test equipment to APl Recommended Practice 10F, and to perform specialized customer tool testing on request.
The MFL uses drilling fluids containing sand (to simulate abrasive solids) to test float equipment. The MFL is capable of monitoring the effects of pressure, flow rate, and temperature on a 24-hour basis, so that performance characteristics can be predicted on all types of equipment.

Product Description

 

1. The auto-fill valve keeps open which allows the fluid to automatically fill the casing string when operator runs casing string into the wellbore.
2. Reduces surge pressure on Formation.
3. Protects casing against collapse pressure.
4. Reduces surface fill time.
5. After casing running operation, the auto-fill valve is converted from auto-fill mode to conventional check valve mode by pumping a larger flowing rate.
