The purpose of a casing centralizer is to facilitate running casing to the desired depth and to assist in centering the casing in the wellbore. One of the main objectives of centralizing a casing string is to facilitate a good cementing, thereby isolating fluids from different zones.
*Features*
1.The products use special design to increase the ratio of restoring force to moving force. And it minimizes drag while running pipe. The non-weld design increases its ability to withstand compressive loading while running in the wellbore.
2.Bows spring is made of premium quality alloy steel, therefore it has the ability to withstand high lateral load encountered, especially in high deviated and horizontal wells.
3.It is available for close tolerance applications and can be installed over casing couplings and stop collars.
4.End collars are designed with self-locking action, which are easy to assemble, time saver and having strong grip. The five size bows can configure to any hole diameter. These bows with extended profile prevent them from hitting against casing collars.
5.The centralizers can be shipped in half assembled condition for economical in shipping and storage cost. The nail should be installed in oilfield and bent in tail.
*About warehousing, transportation and maintenance*
1.Product should be stored in flat, dry warehouse. All parts should be kept properly to prevent rain, sun and water erosion.
2.The packing box should not be opened before use.
3.Handle with care when handling. Forbidden fall, collision.
