A cement head is a crucial component in the oil and gas well cementing process. It is a device that is connected to the top of the casing string or drill pipe. Its main function is to provide a connection point for the cementing equipment and to control the flow of cement slurry into the wellbore. It allows for the precise delivery of the cement slurry to the desired location in the well, ensuring a proper seal between the casing and the formation.

1. After it is used each time. the cement head must be maintained. If it isn't used for a long time in future, the cement head should be protected from rain and strong sunshine and maintained at regular intervals.
2. When moved and transported, the cement head should be fitted with screw protector in order to protect screw from damage.
3. All the threads connection must be in good conditions.
