Sunshine Petroleum has one mud flow loops, with associated testing equipment to simulate most downhole conditions encountered by float equipment. This mud flow loop (MFL) and high temperature cells allow Sunshine Petroleum to routinely test equipment to APl Recommended Practice 10F, and to perform specialized customer tool testing on request.
The MFL uses drilling fluids containing sand (to simulate abrasive solids) to test float equipment. The MFL is capable of monitoring the effects of pressure, flow rate, and temperature on a 24-hour basis, so that performance characteristics can be predicted on all types of equipment.

1. Incorporate a spring-loaded check valve, provide prevent effectively flowing-back of cement from annulus to inner of casing.
2. Withstand long periods of circulation with highly abrasive fluids
3. Performance exceeds the highest API RP 10F rating of IIIC.
4. Meet any well conditions-vertical, highly-deviated, horizontal well, extreme temperature and pressure ranges, sour gas, etc.
5. Large flow area minimizes pressure drop and erosion during circulation.
6. Inner components are made from plastic & cement, can be drilled easily and fast with conventional or PDC bits, Drill-out time:15-20min.
7. Optional Double valve/Down-jet/Up-jet.
