Hebei Sunshine Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. (HBSS) was established in 2013 and is currently one of the largest comprehensive and innovative private petroleum machinery production enterprises in North China that integrates scientific research and development, production and sales, and technical services. The company is located in the hinterland of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, under the jurisdiction of the Xiong′an New Area Economic Innovation Demonstration Zone, with highly accessible network of railway and highway. The company′s factory area is divided into Phase I and Phase II projects that are operational, and a Phase III project that is under construction. The total land area occupies 28 acre, with the main factory building covering 52, 722 square meters. Currently, the company has over 210 employees, a registered capital of 700 million CNY, and total assets exceeding 320 million CNY.

The company specializes in the cementing engineering technologies for the MID to late stages of oil and gas field development as well as design, production, and service of related tool and equipment. Our main products include a comprehensive range of cementing tools, such as all-type centralizers, stop collars, cementing plugs, float collars, float shoes, liner hanger, stage collars, cement heads, ACP and so on. We also provide cementing technical services. Among these, our integral non-weld elastic centralizer and prestressed lightweight centralizer are pioneering products in China. Additionally, a variety of innovative cementing tools are manufactured on proprietary R&D production lines, ensuring that product quality reaches advanced global standards.

The company has obtained ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 10012 measurement management, and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certifications. Also passed the API Q1 American Petroleum Institute Quality Management System Certification, holding product certification certificates such as API 5DP, 5CT, 7-1, and later followed by CNAS testing laboratory accreditation. Adhering strictly to ISO and API standards, the company meticulously monitors every detail of the production process from the entry of raw materials into the factory. All components of the products are independently manufactured, ensuring controllable, traceable, and reliable quality. The company actively promotes technological innovation and has successfully developed multiple products and processes with independent intellectual property rights. So far, the company has 66 utility model patents and 16 invention patents, which ensure that the company maintains a quality level of leading domestically and surpassing internationally.
